Controller

Lupack machine uses rugged, locally available switches, buttons and pots on control panels. Controls are logical,easy to understand and to operate.The Lupack machine JL2100 stretch wrapping machine uses the allen bradley / series PLC controller for maximum flexibility and reliability. A large mushroom Emergency stop button can shuts the machine down immediately insurgency. Low maintenance, long lasting AC motors are used throughout the Lupack machine JL2100 stretch wrapper thanks to advanced Variable Frequency Drives controllers.

Film Delivery System

The system uses specially designed rollers to accurately elongate film at a standard rate of 260%. The Lupack machine film delivery system faces the side for easier film roll loading and threading. This highly reliable pre-stretch systems features the fastest, safest and easiest film loading on the market, and an advanced "non-contact" film tension sensor for years of trouble-free stretch wrapping. Driven system

A precision ring bearing is used to support and drive the rotating arm of the Lupack machine JL2100 stretch wrapper. The chain & sprocket drive is with soft start and s oft stop to for minimum wear and tear of the drive system. Major components are located within easy reach for fast maintenance and service.

Heavy duty Conveyors

An open mechanical design assures that the motors, gearboxes, etc. are easily accessed for replacement, maintenance and service. Lupack machine builds all of their own conveyors in house for the ultimate quality control and durability. Each conveyor roller is supported by a full length solid steel axle and welded on (not pressed on) caps. These axles are then supported with individual cast housing bearings for the ultimate strength and durability.
