Application:

GW series copper coil packing machine for copper coils was designed mainly for metallurgical industries. Our products are CE ,ISO 9001 approved. The machine could be widely used in the exterior wrapping, packing and special design for copper coil, steel coil and wire coil. The wrapped package is well protected and sealed, it also looks tidy.

3. The overlap of packing tape can be adjusted by inverter.
4. Level height of turning ring can be adjusted to suit different size of the article.
5. Packing tape tension can be adjusted.
6. Supporting rollers are covered by polyurethane.
7. The converter is adopted to adjust the overlap rate of wrapping tape according to the requirements.
8. Wrapping tape tension can be adjusted automatically.
9. Up and down supporting rollers are available.
10. Separate electrical box is provided for safe operation, technical testing and trouble-shooting.
11. Separate material carriage and cutter device will make the packing process more efficiency.
12. Automatic packing material cutting in wrapping.
13. PLC and HMI systems are adopted for packing program setting and calculate the usage of the packing material by entering ID, OD, WIDTH and WEIGHT automatically and easily.
14. Pushing device for easily unloading.
