 Supply and installation of production line of wires for fire alarm Technical specifications 1. The production line required is for production wires for fire alarm systems.
2. The metal core is made of copper rugged for Wires should be supplied from specialized companies.
3. The possibility of production of multi types of fire alarm wires, the coating, the insulation and earthing as needed according to the world standards.
4. The production of the wires should be according to the world standards adopted in extinguishing and fire alarm; the wires would be subjected to tests of fire alarm systems like (UL & ULC) according to each wire type.
5. To be supplied all the machines, equipments, accessories and test equipments needed for production, coating and packing.
6. Training for (5) persons for (20) days on the operation, tests and maintenance at the country of origin.
7. Installing and commissioning of the production line at the end user facility in Mosul and achieving the production line capacity for one shift in order to get the final acceptance certificate.
8. Supply the raw materials for one month operation according to the line capacity.
9. The produced wires should be tested according to the world standards and get a final test certificate from a well non testing company like (BUREAU VERITAS) and this certificate will be one of the documents of the final acceptance of the production line.
10. One year guaranty for the production line.
11. Spare parts list for two years operation.
12. Supply all the drawings of the shelter where the production line will be installed included the entire infrastructure such as water, electricity, fuel, gas, and compressed air.
13. General technical specifications:
· The coating material used are: PVC, PE, Polypropylene and (LSHF) Low Smoke Halogen Free.
