APPLICATION:

GS series wire wrapping machine was designed mainly for coiled objects especially for steel wires, hose coil, pipe coils, steel wire coils, etc. The wrapped package is well-protected & sealed & looks tidier.

FEATURES:

3. The encoder is adopted for setting packing position.

4. The turning ring is controlled by converter. Overlap rate could be adjusted according to the requirement.

5. Package height could be adjusted for different OD.

6. Material tension could be adjusted automatically.

7. The special brake device for control the tension of packing material to avoid material folding.

8. Supporting and protection rollers made by solid steel construction are covered by polyurethane to protect the product.

9. Pushing system to unloading the heavy coils (option).

10. PLC & HMI are adopted (option).

11. Can setting packing tape & stretch film for wrapping just in one packing process to make the working more efficient (option).
