Potato Storage, Weighing, Filling and Packaging Line I NUF | USA | Allround Vegetable Processing
Overview:
Here is the working of a potato storage, weighing, filling, and packaging line with a capacity of 18 tons/hour which was installed for NUF in the USA by Allround Vegetable Processing. This video covers the complete process of potato storage, weighing, filling, and packaging using advanced machines and high-end technology.
Video Content:
The video starts with the storage process of potatoes in a silo with a capacity of 35 tons. Then the potatoes are transported by a conveyor to a destoner machine that removes stones and soil from the potatoes. After that, the potatoes are washed and peeled using a steam peeling machine, and then cut in a precise manner using a cutting machine.
The potatoes are then transported to the weighing machine that accurately measures the weight of each potato. Once the weight is measured, the potatoes are then filled into bags using a filling machine with automatic bag placer that can fill 25kg bags at a time.
Finally, the bags are transported to the packaging machine that automatically seals and labels the bags for shipment. This complete process is designed to achieve maximum efficiency and minimize labor costs.
